Hello, nice weekend <3
People, I'm happy again. Thanks, everyone who cheered me up at the beginning of this week. It helped a lot ^^ My hand still hurts, but I'll give it plenty of rest this weekend, so hopefully it'll be a little better next week.
Many good things happened, and I'd like to share those too xD not just my rant/cry journals >.>
1. I finished my task for Art School. Now I'm waiting for the result. That's a HUGE weight off my back, I can tell you that O.o
2. I laughed my ass off at the awesome vids that essence of the dark sent me to cheer me up (I finished watching them yesterday xD).
www.youtube.com/watch?v=urNyg1… and www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gfl-Cf… made me laugh so hard that my family asked what was wrong xD
3. I went to see the government with school and had a shitload of fun in the Hague xD Laughed my ass off on the bus and a friend (moderator on my forum) told me an AWESOME idea she had for an RP. On that subject: is there anyone who is interested in an Alice in Wonderland Roleplay? Ask for details if you are interested. Well yeah, that was so COOL
4. After the trip to the Hague (on Tuesday) I went to visit my boyfriend, was consequently deemed 'too tired to stay on a bicycle' and got to stay over at his place on a school night. Made me pretty happy ^^
5. Wednesday I had no homework and nothing fancy to do, yet I was supposed to stay at school for THREE hours, doing nothing.
The schedule ran like this:
1: French
2: Nothing
-break-
3: homework hour
4: nothing
-break-
I went to school from my boyfriend's place, so I went home during second period to dump my stuff and grab my books. He went with me. I should have turned around after I got everything, but the weather was so nice, I had no homework and... yeah. So I willingly skipped a class for the second time in my life. Oooh, bad Seth. Which is why I'm at school now, repenting xD (Not because they forced me though... they didn't even ask me where I was. My guess is that they didn't even notice I was gone ) But I don't mind; I have plenty of interesting things to do.
The good things that HAVE HAPPENED. And now the good things that are to come:
1. Boyfriend is staying over the entire weekend <3
2. On Saturday, and will join me and my boyfriend at my house; we'll spend all afternoon working on cosplay, hanging out and generally having fun
3. We're making pancakes in the evening
4. Everyone stays over
5. And Sunday, all of us are going to YaYcon (Yaoi and Yuri convention) <3
where, 6. THE COMIC THAT MAYUMIKO AND I MADE WILL BE PRESENTED! Yes, you heard that right. Me and made a comic together and got it published in a book by open minded (www.op-minded.com) together with a lot of others. It's only a first chapter, but still, we're so excited about it Also, I'll get the book in which my kuroshitsuji story, 'the plague' was published. I'm realllly looking forward to that
and, 7. the winners of the contests (which I entered) will be announced. I'm so excited to see if I or one of my friends won something <3
I am SO looking forward to this weekend <3<3 It's going to be pure awesome. There is one thing that's going to irk me, and that is the eyepatch which I'll have to wear for my cosplay.
But I'll get over that.
Xx (one very happy) Seth
p.s. the cosplay I'll be working on this afternoon is MAGNET by vocaloid. I'll be working on the wings for the headphones this afternoon at school.

Long Absence + Exams [10/10]
Hello everyone,
I've been away for a long time, and the reason is very simple; depression. Add to that my mother moving out of her house (my parental home) in the first month of term and a fight with a roommate which kept dragging on and you will see why I had no time for anything but school (and not even for that).
I have had it with making excuses, though. I miss writing, I miss hanging around here and reading everyone's awesome stories, seeing all the art pass by on my screen and talking to everyone, but there is simply no time.
Although now the exams are coming again, procrastination will probably make sure I read a lot of updates anyw
[10/10] Endterms + one request spot left
Nine exams and one paper, all done. Eight results are in. Of these eight, I passed seven, so I have one resit this Monday and then I'm finally free from university for about two weeks. As I haven't had a proper holiday until now, the thought of being completely free pleases me very much.
Now I'm sending myself back to bed. Perhaps I can sleep now. I bet all the insomnia is just stress though, it'll probably get better when I've finished my exams.

And then there were more grades... And I passed one of the more nerve-wrecking subjects :D

The paper is done, the secret santa is done... now just two more exams and then onwards to the re

On an unrelated note:
Sometimes, making someone happy is also a good way to make yourself happy. This applies to many areas of life, but in this specific case, I am talking about giving out gifts.
There is hardly anything as interesting as giving someone you like very much a gift and watch their reaction when they open it. Sometimes you miss the target and they give you a 'I won't return it because that's impolite, and oh well you tried' grin and put it away on a shelf to gather dust. But when you hit the mark, you can always tell. It makes people's eyes light up.

Return, Japan and other news.
It's been quite a while... DeviantArt, once a home on the internet, now already half-forgotten. How did things get this far? And how come I am not as sorry as I feel I should be?
Well, for one, because I have been spending my time away pretty well, if I say so myself. I've devoted myself to my chosen subject of Japanese, both language and culture. The first semester was a success: I got 30/30 ECTS. As for the second semester: I am waiting for the results, but I do know that I got 10 ECTS already and I passed the conversation exam (Woot!). That means that if I pass Teksten, I've passed my first year. So I'd say my reason for not being around
